Counselling services I offer:
Face-to-face counselling. This takes place by appointment and each session lasts 60 minutes.
Telephone counselling, again this takes place by appointment, and sessions normally last 60 Minutes.
If you are considering counselling on the internet you can choose:
- via MSN chat. We would agree a time to meet on line so that we can talk in real time. These sessions would last for 60minutes.
- use e-mail messages so that you can organise your thinking and refer back to previous emails as you may wish. One block of emails covers 0ne email from you and one reply from me.
I also offer consultative supervision to other counsellors in groups or individually. Please contact me for further details.

Discounts may be offered to people on benefits or with low wages. Discounts are also available for students on counselling courses.
